In a month dedicated to love, bubbles are always top of mind. From a diverse range of Champagnes to English Sparkling and sparkling wines from as far as South Africa and the USA, we have a little something bubbly for everyone. Why not try something pink this February with a rose Champagne? We even have non-alcoholic bubbles for those looking to keep dry January going into February. This year, we’ve also teamed up with our Mayfair neighbour, Neill Strain Floral Couture, to create two spectacular gift boxes for Valentine’s Day, featuring a stunning floral arrangement along with a bottle of Frerejean Frères Rosé Champagne or their non-alcoholic offering French Bloom.
Frerejean Frères champagnes are sold in very limited quantities worldwide, and the house is known for its fresh, innovative approach while respecting Champagne’s traditional methods. This multi-vintage rosé is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir and 14% of Pinot Noir vinified as still red wine. It has enticing aromas of red berries and summer fruits such as raspberries and Mirabelle plums, with hints of warm brioche.

Hundred Hills Blanc de Noirs 2019
Hundred Hills Blanc de Noirs 2019 is a vintage, traditional-method sparkling wine produced at the Hundred Hills estate in Oxfordshire. Hundred Hills has emerged as one of the most promising quality-orientated English sparkling wine producers of recent years. Working with a commitment to sustainability with minimal interference in the winery, it produces its exemplary range of sparkling wines entirely from estate-grown fruit in the Stonor Valley close to Henley. The Blanc de Noirs 2019 was produced from a single parcel of Pinot Noir grapes. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and spent 30 months on the lees before bottling.

L`Ermitage Roederer Estate 2015
L`Ermitage Roederer Estate 2015 is a vintage-dated Champagne-method sparkling wine from the fog-shrouded Anderson Valley in Mendocino County, California. This California estate of Champagne Louis Roederer was founded in 1982 and applies the Roederer Champagne house`s centuries of tradition and savour-faire to the terroir and ripe fruit of Mendocino. L`Ermitage is the Roederer Estate’s special Tête de Cuvée, produced only in exceptional years.

Mestres is one of the oldest producers of Cava with a history that dates back as far as 1312. They bottled their first sparkling in 1925 and still use the traditional native grape varieties and winemaking techniques favoured by their ancestors. The 2015 vintage is a beautifully balanced blend of 45% Xarel.lo, 30% Macabeo and 25% Parellada from vines that are over 50 years old. Expect elegant aromatics, green fruit together with citrus peel and stone fruit character and a wonderful freshness to the palate.
